First Steps….

So still feeling a little under the weather, but getting better and needing to get back to running if Julie and I are going to run this 5K for a PR post-Christmas.  So here was Day 1 of my speed workouts (all my speed workouts are done on a treadmill):

1 Mile warm up at 730 pace

4-400M repeats with 45 second rest between at 5:45 pace

4-400M repeats with 45 second rest between at 5:30 pace

4-400M repeats with 1 minute rest between at 5:15 pace

1 Mile CD at 8 minute pace

walk .25 mile

Spin my legs on the indoor bike for 10 minutes
