Although you cannot listen to music during a triathlon race, I think we can all agree that music plays an integral part of helping us through those long, laborious workouts.  Here is a listing of what is currently on my iPod:

    So you are saying you haven’t downloaded any new music in like 10 years. Is that what this list means?

    It means this is the best music for me to keep my tempo up for me to help build speed and endurance. hint, hint 🙂 And some of those Dropkick Murphy songs are from their most recent cd. HA
